Bright pale straw colour with straw hue. Aroma of yeast lees and cashew followed by notes of butterscotch, spice, cinnamon, melon and yellow peach. The palate flavour profile is simpler than the nose suggests. Flavours of yellow peach, cinnamon and tropical fruit emerge followed by a hint of citrus on the back palate. Long aftertaste of spice, cinnamon and tropical fruit.
