A refined Chardonnay that will continue to evolve and gather complexity over time. Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Aroma of hazelnut, yeast lees, cashew and fig infused together to create a refined sniff. The palate reflects the nose with refined flavours of hazelnut, yeast lees and cashew, with a hint of grapefruit in the background. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of hazelnut and yeast lees.
