An impressive Australian sparkling wine. The blend consists of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. Excellent milky white mousse, with very fine persistent bead. Straw colour base wine. The nose reveals top notes of yeast lees followed by bread and cashew delivering a very Champagne like sniff. Creamy palate texture. Strawberry, biscuit and yeast autolysis characteristics on the palate. Perfect acid balance. Long aftertaste of yeast lees and biscuit.
