A magnificent example of botrytis wine. Brilliant pale gold colour with gold hue. Superb nose, showing great intensity. Top notes of honey and spice followed by apricot and toffee. The palate is where the real delight of this wine comes from with wonderful, luscious texture and mouthfeel. Layers of botrytis flavours of honey, spice, toffee, caramel, lemon and apricot bounce around the palate – delivering great length and depth. Very long aftertaste of honey, apricot and caramel.
