Bright pale straw colour. Lifted nose, with aroma of raisins, spice and ripe sultana. Luscious mouthfeel, with flavours of honey, raisins and ripe sultana followed by very spicy back palate. The residual sweetness is well constrained by the acidity. Long aftertaste of sultana, honey and raisins.
