Semi-translucent crimson colour with crimson hue. The nose is lightly perfumed – notes of cherry emerge followed by new leather and spice. Flavours of cherry, liquorice and spice are evident with the back palate being very spicy. Velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of cherry, liquorice and spice. An excellent example of Sangiovese.
