Opaque black crimson colour with black purple crimson hue. Liquorice top note, followed by plum, blackberry and spice. The palate has good weight, with flavours of plum, spice and stewed fruit emerging. Fine, dry, chalky tannins. Moderate palate length. Aftertaste of plum and spice with a touch of blackberry reappearing.
