This wine pours superbly with generous creamy mousse followed by fine, persistent bead. Pale
straw base wine. Aroma of yeast lees, biscuit and honeycomb. Creamy mouthfeel, subtle flavours of winter
strawberry and grapefruit over a delicate yeast lees background. A clean aperitif style. Excellent length and
balance. The creaminess lingers well into the aftertaste.
