Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Top note of cedar, followed by dark chocolate with just a hint of mocha, spice and white pepper. The palate is elegant, with flavours of cassis and cedar supported by fine grained tannins. The wine is still evolving, and is quite tight at this stage. Long aftertaste of cassis and cedar.
