2003 Angus Wines The Bull Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of blackcurrant, cedar, stewed fruit and spice. The palate reveals initial flavours of mocha and stewed fruit, followed by coffee and blackcurrant. The tannins are dry and very tight, overwhelming the fruit on the palate and persist onto the aftertaste.
