A good commercial wine. Bright crimson colour with mauve hue. Medium body. The nose is quite aromatic with lifted notes of freshly crushed blackcurrant and spice, followed by an inky mulberry note. The palate has moderate length with a hint of liquorice followed by inky mulberry and spice. Fine grained tannins with long aftertaste of spice, liquorice and blackcurrant.
