A superb wine made from a blend of 78% Cabernet and 22% Shiraz,
which has been matured in French oak, 55% of which was new. Totally opaque black crimson colour with
black crimson hue. Superb nose of cedar followed by violets, blackcurrant and cassis delivering a perfumed
lift. Mouthfilling palate with flavours of ripe plum, liquorice allsorts, cedar and cassis. Very spicy back palate.
Perfect tannin balance. Very long aftertaste of liquorice, plum and cedar.
