2002 Wynns Coonawarra Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of cedar and toasted oak, followed by blackcurrant and cigar box – showing classic Cabernet nose. The palate structure remains relatively tight with some tea leaf / vegetative characteristics evident but controlled. Flavours of cedar and cigar box appear over a cassis back palate. Fine dry tannins, with tea leaf, cedar and cigar box on the aftertaste.
