A steely style of Riesling that will blossom beautifully with time. Bright straw colour. Lifted nose with aroma of orange blossom, lime and citrus followed by a floral end note. The palate has a steely backbone which is enhanced by very crisp acidity. Excellent palate weight with flavours of lime and lemon dominant over a spicy back palate. Crisp acid finish followed by long lime lemon aftertaste.
