Totally opaque black, purple colour. Aroma of liquorice, dark chocolate, vanilla and spice, showing very good varietal character. The palate reveals flavours of ripe plum, spice, vanilla and liquorice all sorts, followed by a hint of cinnamon. Excellent palate weight with very spicy back palate. Fine dry tannins, with long black and white pepper aftertaste.
