Bright pale straw colour with subtle green hue. The nose has a dusty herbaceous top note, followed by grassy vegetative end notes. The palate has very good intensity, with unripe gooseberry flavours dominant over a grassy back palate. Very good length, crisp acid finish, followed by very long aftertaste of spice and unripe gooseberries.
