Matured in French oak with a small portion of Viognier added to it. Black crimson colour. The nose displays a slightly tarry top note followed by ripe plum, liquorice and spice with just a hint of earth. On the palate, flavours of spice, plum and liquorice emerge with a touch of earth. Plum, stewed fruit aftertaste.
