Brilliant straw colour with pale straw hue. Aroma of honeycomb, toast, yeast lees and hazelnut, providing an impressive sniff. The palate is equally interesting – flavours of citrus and grapefruit are overlaid with honeycomb and yeast lees. Excellent length. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of honeycomb and lemon.
