Semi translucent crimson colour with mauve hue, being quite light for a Cabernet blend. Delicate nose of spice, followed by a hint of truffle, raspberry and spice. The palate structure is light, but none the less delivers a very drinkable red. Delicate flavours of spice and white pepper emerge, followed by raspberry, blackcurrant back palate flavours, with a touch of liquorice emerging. Velvet smooth tannins. Delicate raspberry and blackcurrant aftertaste.
