This wine has been barrel fermented and aged for four months in French and American oak. Bright straw colour. Intense aroma of yeast lees followed by spicy tropical fruit and a grassy herbaceous end note. The palate flavours are impressive and quite intense. Very spicy palate with flavour of oak, yeast lees, cinnamon, spice and citrus. Crisp acid finish with very long spice, green apple and cinnamon aftertaste.
