An outstanding big joosy Shiraz produced from grapes grown on the vineyard that supplies Rosemount’s Balmoral Syrah. Totally black crimson colour with black hue. Perfumed nose of vanilla, violets and plum. The palate delivers a mouthfilling flavour profile. Ripe plum, spice and white pepper are meshed with spicy oak, cedar and blackcurrant. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance followed by a very long aftertaste of vanilla, spicy oak and black pepper.
