Bright pale straw colour. The nose is showing more complexity than the Black Label. Lifted notes of biscuit, cashew, yeast lees and toasted oak. On the palate, flavours of melon and citrus followed by hazelnut, cashew and lees. Subtle spicy oak evident. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of spice, cashew and yeast lees.
