A full flavoured Chardonnay. Bright pale straw colour. The nose has a distinctive oaky top note followed by strong butterscotch, yeast lees and biscuit notes. The palate flavours are quite intense with again butterscotch, biscuit and lees flavours over an oak background. Excellent length. Clean acid finish with long spicy oak citrus lees aftertaste.
