A blend of 35% Sauvignon Blanc and 65% Semillon. Bright straw colour, showing a hint of development. Aroma of gooseberry and ripe tropical fruit followed by a hint of ripe pineapple and green tea. The palate displays flavours of citrus, unripe gooseberry and unripe pineapple. Crisp acid finish followed by an aftertaste of unripe gooseberry and tropical fruit.
