This wine has been designated Kosher for Passover Mevushal. This wine is a touch firmer in tannin structure compared to the Shiraz Cabernet blend and as a consequence would be better left to cellar for a couple of years. Bright deep crimson colour with crimson hue. Aroma of spice and mulberry with end note of blackcurrant and just a touch of violets evident. The tannins are fine and dry. Flavours of stewed fruit, cherry and spice emerge and linger through the aftertaste.
