An excellent example of complex, cool climate Chardonnay. Brilliant pale gold colour with straw hue. The nose is quite distinctive showing immediate signs of spice, hazelnut, cashew and yeast lees, followed by a citrus back palate. Creamy texture, with plenty of length and depth. Flavours of hazelnut, cashew and yeast lees, followed by a long aftertaste of honey, yeast lees, hazelnut and spicy oak.
