Totally opaque black purple colour with purple hue. Lifted nose with notes of mocca, ripe plum, blackberry, vanilla and spice emerging. The palate is rich, filled with ripe fruit, with that distinctive joosy character that epitomises the best of South Australian Shiraz. Flavours of spice, plum and dark chocolate emerge. Fine grained tannins. Perfect balance with aftertaste of plum, spice, liquorice and chocolate.
