Salitage consistently produce one of Australia’s best Unwooded Chardonnayscolor>, and the 2002 vintage is no exception. Brilliant pale straw colour. Aromatic fresh nose with notes of peach, melon, spice and tropical fruit evident. The palate flavours are mouth filling with hints of anise over melon and spice. Excellent length. Creamy texture followed by a long melon spice aftertaste. An excellent example of Unwooded Chardonnay and great summer drinking.
