Very deep brick red colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of spice, liquorice, raspberry and plum. The Mourvedre is dominant on the palate and aftertaste, delivering inky iodine and cherry flavour over a background of plum, spice and liquorice. Fine, dry, chalky tannins, which run into the aftertaste.
