The fruit is beginning to fade on this wine. Very deep crimson colour with crimson, brick red hue. Herbaceous nose, with top notes of green tea, tea leaf and cedar followed by a touch of leather. On the palate, flavours of tea leaf, cedar, blackcurrant and leather are evident. Fine grained tannins, dry and chalky. Aftertaste of blackcurrant and stewed fruit.
