A great quaffer from Peter Lehmann. Bright crimson mauve colour with mauve purple hue. Youthful lifted nose with strong macerated nose of raspberry jube, spice, blackberry and aniseed. The palate is a touch lighter than the nose would suggest with the fruit falling away however, the spice, liquorice and raspberry jube backpalate flavours reemerge. Soft tannins, followed by a long liquorice raspberry spice aftertaste.
