The blend is composed of 82% Cabernet and 18% Merlot. Very deep crimson, brick red colour with deep crimson, brick red hue. Aroma of blackcurrant, stewed fruit, spice and leather, with a cedar endnote. The palate reveals a touch of tea leaf, followed by cedar and leather flavours over a stewed fruit background. Fine dryish tannins. Aftertaste of cedar and stewed fruit, with dry tannins persisting.
