This wine has been made from a blend of Semillon, Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc. Very pale straw colour. Top note of gooseberry and spice with a herbaceous, grassy end note. Simple palate flavours of ripe pineapple, tropical fruit and ripe gooseberry. Clean finish. Aftertaste of ripe gooseberries and tropical fruit.
