Brilliant golden colour with straw hue showing bottle age. Aroma of yeast lees, honey, honeycomb and toast followed by a butterscotch end note. The nose reveals both bottle development and barrel ferment characteristics. The palate flavour profile is light, with flavours of butterscotch, yeast lees, cashew and almonds. The acidity is beginning to fall away. Aftertaste of toast and butterscotch.
