The blend is composed of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc and 40% Yea Valley Merlot. Crimson, brick red colour. Medium body. Aroma of earth and leather followed by a hint of truffle, spice and plum. The palate is light with flavours of green tea over a herbaceous background. Fine dry tannins. Herbaceous green tea aftertaste.
