2002 Meerea Park The Aunts Shiraz

This wine has been grown on old vineyards located in the lower Hunter. Grown on red basalt over clay soils, the wine has been fermented and matured in American oak.Deep crimson colour with crimson, brick red hue. Aroma of stewed fruit, leather, earth and spice. The tannins structure is too firm to support the stewed plum and leather flavours. Aftertaste of stewed plum and spice.
