The blend is composed of 60% Shiraz and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. Bright, crimson colour with crimson hue. Medium body. Lifted nose of cedar, blackcurrant and spice, followed by subtle end notes of dark chocolate and confectionary. The palate flavour profile is relatively short, with flavours of stewed fruit, confectionary and cedar emerging. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of cedar and stewed fruit.
