Region: McLaren Vale, South Australia Produced by Roger Pike at Willunga and matured for 19 months in French and American oak. Very deep black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Aroma of ripe plum, violets, vanilla, stewed fruits and black berry. The palate delivers classic ripe ‘joosy’ McLaren Vale fruit flavours. Stewed plum, vanilla and liquorice, followed by a spice black pepper back palate. Aftertaste of liquorice plum and spice.
