The grapes were whole bunch pressed and matured in French oak. Bright deep straw colour. Aroma of almonds, toasted oak, yeast lees and hazelnut. The palate displays a creamy texture with flavours of yeast lees, citrus and biscuit emerging over a subtle toasted oak background. Moderate palate length. Crisp acid finish with long lees aftertaste.
