An outstanding Merlot. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Perfumed nose with violet top note followed by mulberry, spice and truffle. The palate has weight with excellent depth and concentration. The spice mulberry cedar and blackcurrant flavours are perfectly integrated and supported by fine, almost velvet smooth tannins. Very long aftertaste of mulberry, liquorice, cedar and spice with a faint leafy characteristic emerging that actually adds another layer of complexity to the flavour profile.
