Bright pale gold colour with straw hue. Lifted nose of apricot, lemon butter and honey showing excellent botrytis character. The palate does not have the intensity that the nose heralds. Flavours of honey, apricot and spice emerge followed by nuances of toffee and caramel in the background. Clean, dry finish. Aftertaste of toffee and caramel.
