Made from 35 year old vines. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson mauve hue. Aroma of spice, liquorice and blackcurrant followed by a hint of mocha and vanilla. The palate is tight, with chalky tannins which persist into the aftertaste. Aftertaste blackcurrant, liquorice and cedar.
