This wine is composed of a blend of 60% Shiraz and 40% Cabernet and matured for 20 months in French and American oak. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of spice, plum and stewed fruit, followed by end note of vanilla and cedar. On the palate there is a hint of liquorice, followed by blackcurrant with vanilla and spice in the background. Fine, dry chalky tannins. Aftertaste of plum and spice.
