Winemaker Sandro Mosele has produced a Chardonnay which incorporates the use of 10 different clones. Brilliant gold colour, with pale gold hue, showing bottle development. Aroma of honey, honeycomb, followed by a hint of nougat. The palate has flavours of nut, cashew and hazelnut, with a hint of yeast lees and citrus, however it lacks depth and persistence.
