This wine has been made from low yielding, dry grown grapes and matured in French oak barriques. Very deep crimson colour with crimson black hue. Aroma of mint, spice, cedar, tea leaf and blackcurrant. The palate has good weight, with dusty dry tannins. Flavours of tea leaf, with a hint of stalk followed by an aftertaste of blackcurrant, liquorice, tea leaf and stalk.
