An impressive, big ripe Cabernet. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. The nose shows very strong varietal character, with notes of blackcurrant, violets, spice and cedar emerging. Big ripe fruit flavours on the palate, with blackcurrant, dark chocolate and spice followed by a very spicy back palate. Fine dry tannins. Very long aftertaste of blackcurrant, liquorice and blackberry.
