An austere wine that will age very well. Brilliant pale straw colour with an intense aromatic lime, citrus and spice nose. The palate is quite firm, with a very crisp acid backbone giving the wine that sense of steely austerity but all is well for the long term. On the palate, lemon lime flavours are dominant. Excellent length. Very crisp acid finish, followed by a long lime lemon aftertaste.
