Bright pale straw colour with subtle yellow green hue. The nose is delicate with ripe gooseberry notes emerging followed by tropical fruit and spice. On the palate, flavours of ripe gooseberry and unripe gooseberry emerge over a layer of tropical fruit. Good length with a hint of citrus emerging. Long aftertaste of ripe and unripe gooseberry. Crisp acid finish.
