The wine displays good varietal character with the Sauvignon Blanc component most obvious. Bright pale straw colour. The nose displays unripe gooseberry notes followed by spice and a hint of tropical fruit. The palate is quite grassy with a tropical fruit background. Moderate length. Crisp acid finish, followed by a long grassy, gooseberry and tropical fruit aftertaste.
