AN EXCELLENT FOLLOW UP TO THE FIRST RELEASE.
Bright straw colour. Aroma of biscuit, yeast lees and hazelnut, showing good barrel ferment character. Creamy texture with flavours of biscuit, cashew, melon and fig followed by a hint of grapefruit on the back palate. Excellent weight and mouthfeel. Perfect balance. Very long aftertaste of spice, almonds and hazelnut.
